Meet the team
Ian is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Certified Accountant and Authorised Probate Practitioner (non-contentious). Ian qualified with what became PWC before returning to live in West Wales. Ian enjoys working with a wide range of clients and has substantial experience advising clients on complex business matters.
Having formerly worked as a head teacher, Anna now works as a director in the company overseeing the day to day running of the practice.
Bronwen joined her father John Donald Jones in the practice of JD Jones & Co in 1976. Since 2024, when JD Jones & Co became a part of Pritchard & Co, she works as a consultant.
Geraint joined his mother and grandfather as a partner in the practice of JD Jones & Co in 2012. Since 2024, when JD Jones & Co became a part of Pritchard & Co, he works as a consultant.
Kay is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Kay joined the practice in 2007 having previously been a partner in a large West Wales firm. She mainly works with corporate clients.
Nicholas is a Chartered Certified Accountant and an Authorised Probate Practitioner (non-contentious). He works with clients with a range of business needs and manages our Xero Bookkeeping Department.
Jane is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She manages the payroll department and also deals with Xero Bookkeeping and accounts production.
Bethan manages our Crymych office.
Yvonne is studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant and joined the firm in 2025 having previously worked in the Finance Department at Pembrokeshire County Council.

Michala is an Accounting Technician and her main roles are accounts production and preparation of self-assessment tax returns.
Nicola previously worked in education and is responsible for many of our payroll clients
Catrin previously worked in education and joined the practice in 2020. She is studying to become an Accounting Technician
Niamh is studying to become an Accounting Technician. She works at the Crymych office.
Beverley works as a receptionist in our Fishguard office.
Eirlys works as a receptionist at our Crymych office. She also is responsible for Xero Bookkeeping and accounts production.
Sam works part time assisting with administration.
Hilary’s main roles are accounts production and VAT returns.
